Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at the hotel, with spacious rooms equipped with coffee pots and mini refrigerators, great AC's, flat-screen TVs, and comfortable beds and pillows. The service was top-notch with very courteous and accommodative staff. The location was convenient, within easy walking distance of everything in Centro. The dining experience was delicious and complete, especially enjoying the buffet format. The facilities were fantastic, making my stay enjoyable and comfortable.
The hotel may need an update, but it can easily fit 4 people and has a strong, hot shower. The staff made inconveniences minimal and were always super friendly. The location is wonderful for walking to restaurants and exploring the city, though not within a comfortable walking distance from the Jardin. The dining experience is one of the best in Mexico, even if a bit pricey. Overall, a good choice for families and for those who appreciate local specialties.
My stay at the hotel was quite enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was really nice. The location was great for exploring the city on foot, although it was a bit noisy at times. The dining options were satisfactory, and the facilities met my expectations.
